CHICAGO (AP) — The U.S. women's soccer team will play an exhibition against Canada at Toronto on June 2, their first meeting since the Americans' 4-3 overtime win on Alex Morgan's stoppage-time goal in last year's Olympic semifinal. Under new coach Tom Sermanni, the Americans started 2013 with 4-1 and 3-1 victories over Scotland this month. The U.S. plays Iceland (March 6), China (March 8) and Sweden (March 11) at the annual Algarve Cup in Portugal, then has an exhibition at Germany on April 5. The match against Canada was announced Tuesday. © The Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.
