UNDATED Undated (AP) _ Sept. 11, 1991: Continental Express Embraer 120 crashes near Eagle Lake, Texas, following an explosion, killing all 14 aboard. July 10, 1991: L'Express Beechcraft C-99 crashes into a house in Birmingham, Ala., during a thunderstorm, killing 14. April 5, 1991: Atlantic Southeast Airlines Embraer 120 crashes near Brunswick, Ga., killing all 23 aboard. March 3, 1991: United Air Lines Boeing 737 crashes on approach to Colorado Springs, Colo., airport killing all 25 aboard. Feb. 1, 1991: USAir Boeing 737 collides with a Skywest commuter plane at Los Angeles International Airport killing 33. Jan. 25, 1990: Avianca Boeing 707 crashes in Cove Neck, N.Y., after running out of fuel while approaching Kennedy Airport. Of the 159 people aboard, 73 died. July 19, 1989: United Air Lines DC-10 crashes while attempting emergency landing at Sioux City, Iowa, killing 112 of 296 aboard.
